Instant notifications
Users have the ability to manage the timing of their search notifications. They also have the ability to set up the frequency of the notifications. Notifications can be sent instantly, every hour, every 6 hours, every 12 hours or just once a day.
Agent level access
Collaborate pulls its information right from the Toronto Real Estate Board's database. That means you will be seeing every listing currently on the market as well as the current status (i.e. if the property has been sold conditionally but still showing on the Real Estate portals) just like an agent sees.
Create your own search
Traditionally you may have to rely your agent to set up property matches so the system will send you an update email on a daily basis. With Collaborate, you can now create your own search just like an agent does, and you can keep your home search organized with custom lists.
